Can you believe Memorial Day Weekend is THIS weekend??? Whether you’re firing up the grill, heading to the lake or mountains, or just soaking up that sweet Colorado sunshine—stay safe, stay festive, don’t drink and drive and please wear sunscreen. If you’re traveling, double-check your doors and windows before you go—and if you’re staying local, remember that it’s also a great weekend to scope out new homes while everyone else is distracted by BBQ and watermelon. 😎 🎉

Real Estate Update: Mortgage rates are still hanging in that “motivated buyer” range (message me for the current scoop—it’s worth knowing). I’ve got a few listings heating up faster than a Memorial Day sidewalk, and some fresh inventory popping up just in time for summer.
