Can you feel that crispness in the air? Fall is officially making its entrance here in Western Colorado, and I’m loving every second of it! The cooler mornings, the changing leaves, and of course, pumpkin-spice everything. It’s such a beautiful time of year to soak in all the natural beauty around us.
Tonight the NFL regular season starts – are you planning to watch the Broncos this year?? Their first regular season game is Sunday and the first home game is the 15th.
And guess what? As we settle into autumn, the local real estate market is starting to pick up a bit, too. After a slower summer, we’re seeing more interest from buyers and sellers. If you’ve been on the fence about making a move, this could be a great time to start thinking about it.
Fall is also packed with fun events this month. Whether you’re into harvest festivals, apple picking, or just cozying up at a local café, there’s something for everyone.
