It’s Back to School time 📚✏️ — some districts started this week and the rest are gearing up for next! That means earlier mornings, packed lunches, and lots of yellow buses on the roads 🚍 (aka: watch those school zones!).

On a more serious note — the recent wildfires in Western Colorado 🔥 have kept firefighters and first responders busy. While some areas have seen relief, smoke and dry conditions are still impacting parts of the region. Please keep those affected — and our brave crews — in your thoughts.

Mortgage rates 🏦 continue to play the “up a little, down a little” game 🎢. Right now, buyers are watching closely to snag the best deals, and sellers are still getting plenty of interest thanks to our tight inventory. And… Harvest Season is here! 🍑🍅🍇 Farmers markets across the Western Slope are bursting with fresh produce, baked goods, flowers, and handmade goodies. Whether you’re hunting for Palisade peaches 🍑 or a giant zucchini (don’t ask — it’s a contest thing), now’s the time to shop local and support our growers!
