02 Apr 🐰🌷 No Foolin’… Spring + Easter on the Western Slope! 🌷🐰

Happy Easter week! The Western Slope is doing what it does best—keeping us guessing. We’ve had some beautiful sunny days mixed with those classic spring swings– rain in the valleys and snow in the mountains. One thing we’re really watching closely right now is the drought — our snowpack is very low.
Across much of the Western Slope, snowpack levels are sitting well below average, which could impact water supply heading into late spring and summer. That means irrigation, landscaping, and overall conditions could look a little different this year if we don’t pick up some late-season moisture. Definitely something to keep an eye on! 🌄
On the real estate front, we saw a bit of a lull over the past week (totally normal with spring break and the holiday), but the last couple of days have been BUSY! 🔥 I’ve been out showing property like crazy—15 homes in just two days! Buyers are still very much out there and ready to move when the right home pops up.
Mortgage rates are continuing to fluctuate but are currently hanging out in the mid-to-upper 6% range. Not what we saw a couple years ago, but still very workable—and buyers are adjusting and getting back into the market.
If you’re not already, be sure to follow my Facebook and Instagram pages! 📲 We’re sharing fun local events, things to do, and of course all the latest listings and market updates around the Western Slope.

Enjoy the sunshine, fresh air, and maybe a little extra chocolate this weekend too 😉🐣🐰✝️
