17 Oct Rent or Buy???

With the market starting to slow a little and interest rates increasing, you may be pondering the age old question:  Should I continue to rent or buy right now?  I’d be happy to discuss both these options with you so give me a call.  But if you’re not ready to chat, here’s an interesting article from Realtor.com that may help.

Midway through October, temps are slowly getting cooler here in Western Colorado.  The leaves have turned in the high country and are turning here in the valley as well giving us brilliant yellows, oranges and some reds to enjoy.  We are already starting to see lots of Halloween and other fun fall events scheduled including the Harvest and Holiday Bazaar this weekend with lots of local artisans and a great chance to get a jump on your Christmas shopping.  Make sure you’re following my Facebook page to see other fun things going on.  And if you have something that you think the community would enjoy, let me know and I will be happy to share it for you.   I also post on Instagram, Twitter, Google and LinkedIn.
