18 Dec It Is Christmas Week!

6 Days till Christmas!  Are you ready?   Done with your shopping?  Presents wrapped and under the tree?  I am not there yet.  I have some shopping done but still more to go.  Plus I now have about 5 different buyer clients that I am showing property to (YAY!) and they are keeping me busy!  There are still new leads coming in regularly too, so I and my assistant are hurrying and scurrying to answer questions and help folks.  Suffice it to say, even though we are less than a week from Christmas, the real estate market is still moving.  Make sure to contact me if you have any questions I can help with.

Some of the reason for the uptick in buyer activity is the interest rates went down a bit last week.  That’s great news and we hope to see it continue.  Let me recommend one of our great local lenders to you here on the Western Slope so you can get pre-qualified.  That’s a great way to know for sure how much you can spend on a property as well as it shows a seller that you are serious when you put in an offer.
