26 Dec After Christmas Sales and…

I hope you had an amazing Christmas yesterday.  Did Santa bring you what you wanted?  I was very blessed and had a lovely Christmas with family at my home.  We had a lovely dinner and played some cards.  It was a lot of fun.

Are you braving the stores for “After Christmas” sales?  I am working today but I may check out some of the online deals later on.  I got some great deals last year online so hope to find some again.

It is always slow this week between Christmas and New Years for the real estate.  But, I can say – I do have a new lease listing you should check out if you’re looking for something in Ridgway.  It’s a commercial office space that was previously used by a physical therapy business so there are 4 separate rooms as well as a nice reception area and break room area.  Right on Sherman Street in Ridgway with a large off street parking lot.  Contact me if you are interested in taking a look at it.

Mortgage rates were basically unchanged last week and predicted to be the same for this short business week.   There is no important economic data this week, and nothing that should pressure rates to move from here. Markets were closed on Monday for Christmas, and will be closed early Friday and closed all day on Monday for New Years.  There are still deals to be had, though.  Make sure to contact me if you have questions or might like to take a look at some property.
