09 Aug Air Quality Poor … :-(

Our buyers just closed on this beautiful, newly constructed home a week or so ago and they are absolutely thrilled!  Moving to Colorado because they love the area and have family here, these folks are excited to start their Colorado chapter in this new home.  Let us help you find what you’re looking for here on the Western Slope!  The real estate market is still going strong and we would love to help you find what you need in a property.

The story right now is the almost overwhelming amount of smoke polluting our usually clean air here in Western Colorado.   It is coming from the wildfires in California (God help those people) and drifting not only here to Colorado but all across the US.  We have clients who are in the process of moving here from Baltimore area and they said that they have smoke in the air THERE from the CA fires.  Crazy!!  The National Weather Service is keeping us updated with a “smoke forecast” on their site.  Stay indoors if you can – especially if you have respiratory problems, allergies or are particularly sensitive to smoky air.
