17 May Another Property Sold!

Our buyer was so happy to purchase this 3 acres on Solar Road just south of Montrose.  No covenants on the property and sweeping views from Grand Mesa to the Cimarrons.  It’s a great time to buy or sell so please contact us if you have any questions about real estate here in Western Colorado.

The spring is just beautiful this year and we are gearing up for a great summer after last year and not much going on.  Things are open, events are scheduled and the communities are enjoying getting together.  You can always check our Facebook page to find fun and exciting things coming up.

A lot of people right now are asking if we think that the real estate market will continue to be as strong as it is right now.  First, our crystal ball is in the shop so we can never be quite sure about the future.  Second, we here in the more rural Western Colorado area don’t see the extreme highs and lows of real estate like other larger cities do.  We are usually behind the metro areas by months or a year or more in going down in market sales and coming back up.  So we feel good about the real estate market here in Western Colorado.  That said, we read these articles from Realtor.com about some of the thoughts for the nation with existing home sales as well as new construction.
