On the housing side 🏡—mortgage rates are still keeping buyers on their toes, hovering in the low-to-mid 6% range right now – depending on the lender and program you choose. While not as low as we’d all love, they’re slowly inching down enough to keep the market moving. In fact, I just celebrated a closing yesterday 🎉 and have another one today—proof that people are making moves and finding their dream homes! 🙌
