Box Cañon Falls in Ouray

Here we are in June and all the great summer fun to be had in Western Colorado is waiting for you.  One of the favorites is the Box Cañon Falls in Ouray.  As they say on their website:  “Box Cañon Falls is the culmination of Canyon Creek before it joins the Uncompahgre River near Ouray. The water plummets through a very narrow quartzite gorge with power and force.”  You really should see it to appreciate the amazing beauty and force of nature that it is.  Click here for their website here to find out the hours, admission fees and directions to the park.

I am going to highlight several of the great options for fun here on the Western Slope this summer so make sure you follow my blog.  Don’t forget my Facebook and Instagram pages as well.

We are still seeing those interest rates increase each week.  So if you’re looking to buy a home on a budget, make sure you get in touch with me.  Interest rates definitely affect your price point, so we need to make sure to stay on top of rates as well as properties as they come on the market.

On the up side, it is still a seller’s market, so if you’re interested in the possibility of selling your property, give me a call.  I can do a free comparative market analysis (CMA) for you so that you will have a real good idea what your property might sell for.  If you’re not quite ready to talk but you’re just curious, you can always get a free valuation on my website.

Here’s hoping you have a great week and I look forward to hearing from you!!
