28 Nov Christmas is Coming…

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and great holiday weekend!  I got to spend time with visiting family and then my husband and I spent some time at our cabin in Arrowhead.  It always goes way too fast but we enjoyed it while it lasted.

And HOLY COW – It’s Christmas time again!  (almost)  If you’re stumped at what to get some of your hard-to-buy-for friends and/or family, here’s a great gift guide from our friend Lynn Whipple and her company, Geneva Financial.  Lynn is one of our local lenders here on the Western Slope and she is so kind to share this info with us each month.  Maybe this will spur your imagination on what to give that someone special this year.

As we near the month of December and the end of the year, real estate is (as usual) slow right now.  There is still some activity, but most folks prefer to wait until after the first of the year to move forward with buying or selling property.  The good news is that the average price from October of 2021 to October of 2022 is up almost 13% in Montrose County.  If you have any questions, please do get in touch – I’m always happy to help.
