02 Dec December Brings The Snow!

On the real estate front: we’ve got some big wins this month — with properties under contract and closings in the works! 🏡 I have a new listing coming soon as well as another buyer buying! (Is that part of the 12 days of Christmas?? 😉) Things are still MOVING in the Western Slope market, even with the cooler temps.

Quick mortgage update: mortgage rates have been holding around 5.5 to 6.2% (reach out if you’d like the latest) — which means even with winter here, there might still be great opportunities to buy or refinance.

Speaking of winter — yes, it’s HERE ❄️. We woke up Monday to snow on the ground, and it’s dumping again right now. ⛄ But the silver lining? Our Christmas tree is up… still. 🎄 (Yes, I keep it up all year — because why not spread the joy nonstop?)
