Happy December!! Are you ready for the holidays? They are coming quick. The first day of Chanukah is this Thursday, December 7th and then our office Christmas party is on Saturday. There are lots of various holiday events up and down the Western Slope from Women’s shopping night at the Grove in Delta to Mrs. Claus with a Cause at Friendship Hall in Montrose and much more. The average rate on a 30-year fixed-rate loan decreased to 7.22%, a change of 0.07 percentage points from a week ago, according to Freddie Mac. It’s the fifth consecutive week that rates have fallen. The average rate on a 15-year fixed-rate mortgage also decreased, moving down to 6.56%. This information is thanks to Money’s Current Mortgage Rates.
