12 Feb Economic Growth for 2020

It’s Valentine’s Week!  And we are in “love” with the real estate market right now.  It seems as though the good interest rates along with reasonable prices (still) are getting buyers moving.  We have shown several properties all this week and have some real possibilities to get some offers made and properties put under contract to be sold.  We continue to get buyers inquiring every day either via the internet, email or phone and we are excited to be able to help.

Our sellers who have their properties listed with us are happy with the activity they are seeing from people looking at their properties.  Overall, the real estate market is strong with plenty of activity.

USA Today says:  “The current economic expansion shows no obvious signs of stalling. Economists in general expect 2020 will see another year of growth, even if not quite so robust as in 2019. That should usher in a decent year for the stock market, especially as presidential election years tend to be upbeat.”  And the real estate market follows the stock market and contributes to the economic growth too.  We are excited and looking forward to another good year, especially here in Western Colorado.  Contact us with your real estate questions today!
