Hello February! ❄️🏈 A brand new month is here and things are already heating up in the Western Slope real estate market. Unfortunately the weather is warmer than usual which means the mountains are still not getting the much needed snow. We really are hoping that we start seeing some snow soon!!

With the Super Bowl coming up this Sunday, there will be parties and fun. Are you planning to watch? At least for the commercials?

February is the month of “love” and love is in the air for homes too — and buyers are definitely coming out of the woodwork!

We’re seeing great activity right now with my new listings coming up, motivated buyers actively searching, and the market staying strong as we head further into 2026. If you’ve been thinking about buying or selling, now is a great time to start the conversation.

📉 Mortgage Rates have been holding fairly steady recently with some small fluctuations, mostly in the low 6 to high 5% range. Rates are giving buyers opportunities to lock in competitive financing. As always, it’s smart to keep an eye on rates and get pre-approved early with a local lender to stay ahead in this busy market.
