30 Sep Fall on the Western Slope: Contracts, Color Weekend, and Exciting New Listings!

It’s been a busy, beautiful fall here on the Western Slope! 🍂 I’m excited to announce that I’ve just got another property under contract, and we’ve added a brand-new listing nestled in Elk Meadows. If you’ve ever dreamed of a mountain escape surrounded by vibrant fall colors, this property is the one.

Speaking of fall colors, how amazing was Color Weekend? The mountains turned into a canvas of golds and oranges, making it the perfect backdrop for weekend hikes, scenic drives, and all things cozy. It’s one of those times when you realize how lucky we are to call this slice of Colorado home.
