02 Feb February Is Here!
Happy February – we hope your January was great! We had a great month of January here in Western Colorado. We had five different properties close – both for buyers and sellers. And February is already starting to look just as busy if not more so. It is a great time to buy or sell property right now here on the Western Slope so contact us if you have questions. Well – tomorrow is Groundhog Day and we are hoping for 6 more weeks of winter in the mountains around us. Colorado needs the moisture provided by the snow. Especially after the brutal fires that we had all over the state last year, we really hope for more snow in the mountains. So we all cross our fingers that the groundhog sees his shadow!
And we are still seeing some fun to be had around the area. One of the options is live music Friday evening at Jimmer’s in Montrose. A nice way to end the week.
