The Western Slope real estate market is staying busy and strong! We just had one home officially CLOSE (woohoo! 🎉), another property is scheduled to close today, and there are a couple more closings coming soon. New listings coming up too!! I’ve got showings happening this afternoon and lots of activity all around — buyers are out, homes are moving, and 2026 is already shaping up to be a great year in real estate!

📈 Mortgage rates have been bouncing around but are generally hanging in the mid-6% range lately (give or take depending on loan type and credit). While rates aren’t back to the super-low days, buyers are still making moves — and many are refinancing later when rates improve. The key? Getting into the right home now before prices climb higher.
