First day of fall is on Monday the 23^rd.  We love this time of year!  With the changing colors, the clean crisp air, the bright blue skies and all of the fun holidays coming it’s just a great time of year in Western Colorado.  Plus football season is always one of our highlights this time of year – GO BRONCOS!  We are also seeing some great activity in the real estate market.  Buyers and sellers both are jumping to get things done before the end of 2019.
