28 Apr Goodbye April Hello May!

Last week of April and we’ve had a little bit of much-needed rain over the past couple of days, and I don’t think anyone around the Western Slope is complaining! While we’re still sitting in a severe drought, every bit of moisture helps, especially as we head into the warmer months. Fingers crossed for a few more of these spring showers to keep things green a little longer. 🌱
The market is staying active and giving us plenty to talk about! I’ve had three properties recently with price improvements. Great opportunities for buyers who have been watching and waiting. I also have one listing under contract and just wrote another contract for a buyer moving here! 🎉
New listings are continuing to hit the market daily, so if you’ve been thinking about making a move, there are definitely options out there right now. The key is staying on top of what’s new and moving quickly when the right one pops up.
On the financing side, we’ve seen a bit of a shift with mortgage rates dipping slightly after recent activity, which is welcome news for buyers. Lower rates can make a real difference in monthly payments, so it’s a great time to revisit the numbers if you’ve been on the fence.
As always, make sure you’re following along on my Facebook and Instagram pages for the latest listings, updates, and fun local events happening around the area. There’s always something going on!
If you have questions or are thinking about buying or selling, give me a call—I’m always happy to help!
