Goodbye November – Hello December!

Happy Monday – the last Monday of November and December starts on Friday!  I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoyed some relaxing time.  I had a nice family dinner on Thursday and a little shopping over the weekend.  But I got to relax a little too, so I am thankful for that!  Here we are back at it again this week.  My assistant is back from her week off so it is full speed ahead.

Make sure to give me a call with any real estate questions.  Remember, if you act now, you might get to spend Christmas in your new home!  There are still new listings coming on the market but we are seeing a slight slow down as we do every holiday season.

As far as the mortgage rate forecast, this week it is likely to see rates once again remain relatively unchanged or improve slightly, depending on how some of the economic data comes in for the week including the Fed’s favorite inflation gauge. However, it is next week’s labor market data and the following week’s inflation data and Fed meeting that hold the most potential for rates to improve through the middle of December.  Make sure to get in touch with me with any questions you may have.

There are LOTS of fun holiday events for kids of all ages coming up.  Make sure to follow my Facebook and Instagram pages to see what’s going on.  Or if you have something, share it with me and I am happy to advertise it for you.  I do hope you have an amazing week!
