Cheers and Happy April to you!  Here’s hoping you don’t get fooled today and that you have an amazing April.  Wow, three months of 2024 are already done ie 1^st Quarter.  March went out like a lion for most of Colorado.  Although, down here in the valley, we didn’t get snow or really any rain to speak of.  Just quite a bit of wind – which is typical spring weather for us.  Grand Mesa had a lot of snow in March 56” plus!  That is great as we need the moisture for sure.

I hope you had a wonderful Easter weekend with friends and family.  I enjoyed a nice Easter brunch with my husband and some friends and then we went and visited my dad to spend some time with him.

The real estate market is picking up quite a bit now.  I just got a new listing last week which you can find in my Featured Listings section.  I am expecting a couple of more listings coming soon and I am currently working with several different folks who are planning to buy here on the Western Slope.  It is always great fun meeting new people and being able to help them with whatever their real estate needs are.  Give me a call if you have questions I can answer for you.
