19 Dec Happy Christmas Week!

Just 6 (5 ½ really) short days till Christmas!  I’m excited.  I still have a few things left to do but all is good.  And for our “dinner” we are just doing snacks/appetizers rather than a full blown meal.  I have found that this is easier, everyone still gets plenty to eat and it allows my guests (family) that come the flexibility to bring their favorite treat to share.  What are you doing for Christmas?  Drop me a comment and share your tradition!

The financial markets had a “winning streak” last week according to this article I got from Wil with Cornerstone Lending.  Here’s hoping that 2023 will see mortgage rates stabilize and inflation level off and maybe even go down.  I have noticed that gas prices here on the Western Slope have gone down over the last month or so which is great for the pocket book!

After Christmas Day, I will be heading to Arrowhead with my hubby for the week between Christmas and New Years.  Don’t worry, though, I will have my cell phone and my assistant will be manning the office.  We are happy to help you with your real estate questions – even when others are “out for the holidays.”
