Good morning! 🌷 The spring rains we’ve been getting lately have been such a welcome sight here on the Western Slope—everything is greening up, and it’s giving our market a fresh little boost too. There’s just something about this time of year that makes people start thinking about making a move. 🏡

Let’s talk mortgage rates—we’ve seen a bit of movement recently, with rates hovering in a more favorable range compared to earlier this year. It’s always changing, so if you’ve been waiting for the “right time,” this might be your sign to at least start the conversation.
