05 Feb Happy February!!

Happy February!  Super bowl month, Valentine’s Day and this year Leap Year.  Western Colorado has been in deep winter this week.  Plenty of snow, single digit temperatures and some pretty harsh wind.  We are still out and about though!  There’s plenty to do here right now and we take advantage of the fun events and activities.

Here in Western Colorado we love to get out and enjoy our beautiful area.  We have Bike to Work day coming up soon in Montrose.  There’s a meet and greet for hikers in February too.  The Explore the Outdoors Expo is in a couple of days in Grand Junction.  Delta has the Spring Expo coming up soon.  Ouray County is having a few outdoor events for snow shoeing and hiking.  We enjoy lots of things to do – both inside and out.

Of course there are lots of options for Valentine’s Day with your love.  You might want to make reservations if you have your heart set on eating at a certain spot.
