🍂 Happy almost October, friends! Can you believe it? October kicks off Wednesday, and that means one of our favorite fall traditions is here—🍎 Applefest is this weekend up in Cedaredge! A perfect chance to enjoy crisp apples, live music, lots of fun and all the small-town charm we love. 🎶 This past weekend was the Harvest Fest in Paonia. Did you get up to enjoy that one? 💰 Mortgage rates are still keeping us all guessing. They’ve been hovering around the high 5% to lower 6% range lately depending on loan type, lender, money down etc. but buyers are still finding great opportunities—and sellers are still selling!
