Have you been enjoying a long, holiday weekend?  I have been up with my husband at our cabin in Arrowhead, but I’m still working.  I’m just working in a slightly cooler environment!  Yesterday we took a ride up to my listing in Tin Cup – so beautiful up there in the high mountains!  This one has just been reduced in price to only $38,900 for 10.3 mountain acres.  Contact me for all the details!

The mortgage interest rates are not cooperating right now, but we are still seeing activity in the market.  I just got a great new listing in Dallas Meadows for a nice 3+ acre lot.  I have more coming up and there are still some great deals to be had for buyers.  Make sure that you contact me to get a list of great, local lenders if you’re looking at buying right now.  You want to make sure that you are fully qualified and know just how much you can afford before you start looking and get your hopes up.
