04 Sep Happy Labor Day 2023!

Summer just flew by and tomorrow will be Christmas Day.  (LOL)  I am joking but it’s not too far off the point.  I am still enjoying the warm, sunny days.  I was able to enjoy brunch yesterday at The Bridge’s restaurant Remmington’s and we really loved sitting on the patio with the amazing views and the bright sunshine.

The market and mortgage rates are still keeping things on a slower pace than we have seen in a while.  The homes in the lower price ranges are selling fairly quickly and we are still seeing new listings come on the market every day.  It’s just that homes priced over $500,000 are taking a month or two to sell.  If you’re confused or even just curious about what is going on right now, give me a call.  I’m happy to help and discuss YOUR situation with you to see what might be best for you.

Even with fall coming on, there’re still plenty of things to do here on the Western Slope.  The annual free concert, Pops in the Park, is coming up.  The Beacon Fest – Senior Expo is a great time for all and is just a week or so away.  Applefest in Cedaredge is just about a month away.  I am trying to make sure to have majority of events on my social media pages.  I need your help – let me know if you have something that I can share.  If you don’t see it on my Facebook or Instagram pages, shoot me a message, email or give me a call.
