01 May Happy May Day!

Happy May Day!  It is BEAUTIFUL here on the Western Slope for the first day of May and I love it!  Bright, blue sky with lots of sun and warmer temperatures with no wind.  Just almost perfect!  It is days like these that remind us all why we live here.  I hope wherever you are that you’re enjoying a beautiful start to the month.

I just got back from a 10 day vacation last week – I went to Africa!  Talk about a new experience.  It was beautiful weather there and seeing all the animals in the bush was quite amazing.  My husband and I really enjoyed our trip but it’s always good to get home.

The real estate market is still quite active, even with interest rates continuing to creep up.  Part of the reason for that here in Western Colorado is the fact that we have a low inventory of property for sale.  There are still new properties coming on the market every day, but if they are reasonably priced, they don’t last for long.  So whether you are buying or selling, make sure to get in touch with me.
