04 Jan Happy Monday and First Week of New Year!

Happy Monday and happy first full week of 2021!  Today here in Western Colorado we have crystal clear blue skies with lots of sunshine.  One of the things we love about Colorado is that we typically get about 300 days of sunshine per year.  And here in what we like to call the “banana belt” of the state, we usually enjoy warmer temperatures than the mountains and the eastern part of the Colorado.  Of course there are no guarantees with weather and as with anywhere else, if you don’t like the weather, wait 5 minutes and it will change!  But in all seriousness, we do love our area and we enjoy pretty good weather most of the year.  And if the forecast holds, we expect to have sun most of the week.  It’s a perfect time to look at property if you are thinking of buying something.

We are starting to see some things to do pop up on calendars around our area.  This weekend, the Annual San Juan Skijoring event is happening in Ridgway.

There is a Sizzle Ballroom Dancing class starting on Friday in Montrose.

There’s an adult painting class on Saturday in Montrose.

In Delta Saturday evening you can enjoy “Music Through the Decades.”
