02 Jan HAPPY NEW YEAR 2024!

Wow – unbelievable that we are almost to the ¼ century mark in the 2000’s!  No matter where we are, I wish you a very happy, healthy and prosperous new year!  I am looking forward to a great year.  My husband and I started the new year off at our cabin in Arrowhead with great friends and some peace and quiet.  Perfect way to start.

So far we are seeing better mortgage rates again to start the year.  That’s great news for anyone looking to buy property.  Make sure you contact me to ask any real estate questions that you might have whether you plan to buy or sell in 2024.  There are a lot of options available on both sides, so let me help you navigate the process.

Well the weather temperature says it is definitely winter, but we aren’t seeing much snow here in the valleys.  Even the mountains have seen a slowdown in snow fall and accumulations.  Much different story from last year at this time.  We aren’t sure that January will give us much snow either.  At least according to the current forecast.  There’s a couple of days showing possible snow but not many.  While my assistant doesn’t want the snow, we do need it for the moisture and water that it brings.
