🎉 Great First Week of January on the Western Slope! 🎉

What a way to kick off the new year! The first week of January is already bringing strong momentum with 3 properties already under contract and more buyers jumping back into the market. That’s a great sign that 2026 is shaping up to be an active year for both buyers and sellers. 🏡✨

Mortgage rates have been showing a bit more stability after the holiday shuffle, which is giving buyers renewed confidence and opening doors that felt out of reach just a few months ago. If you’ve been waiting for a better moment to make a move, this might be it. 📉➡️📈

On a personal note — we’re also counting down to the Broncos’ first playoff game in Denver in a couple weeks and the excitement is REAL. 🧡💙🏈 Playoff energy + a moving market = a great start to the year!
