Happy St. Patrick’s Day (week)

It’s St. Patrick’s Day week and we wish you this Irish Blessing not only for now but the rest of the year to come.  Colorado had a BIG winter storm in these past few days but thankfully, here in Western Colorado we only got a few inches here and there.  And the snow that did hit us here in the valley melted within just a few hours.  We are certainly grateful that the mountains got a lot of snow – we need it there!!

If you are looking for corned beef and cabbage on St. Patrick’s Day without having to cook it yourself, there are many restaurants here on the Western Slope that are serving a good dinner.  If you are thinking about going out for a great Irish dinner, call ahead to your favorite restaurant from Cedaredge, Delta, Montrose, Ridgway and Ouray.  There are several that are advertising they are doing it but you need to make sure space is available when you want to go.  Enjoy dinner and remember “Slainte” is what you say when toasting your green beer!

We also want to remind you to check out our monthly newsletter “Vision Views.”  This month’s recipe is a great, quick and easy Corned Beef and Cabbage casserole that takes little time or effort to put together.  It will feed a crowd too!  And remember, send us YOUR recipe to share in a future edition.

We look forward to hearing from you so we can help you with your real estate questions.  Have a great week!
