27 Feb Happy Tuesday!

Well it’s Tuesday for this week’s weekly post – BECAUSE, I took a tiny break and did a 4 day weekend in Florida with a friend.  It was nice to get some sunshine and warmer weather.  I still did work even though I was out of town – to make sure my clients are taken care of and I give the best service I possibly can.  If you are thinking anything real estate related, please get in touch with me.  I really do want to help!

Surprisingly, the weather here on the Western Slope has been unseasonably warm the last couple of weeks.  It did snow here this morning for a little bit and temps have cooled down, but it is not nearly as bad this year as we had last winter.  And the snow we got this morning has already melted.  In fact, Delta and Olathe only got rain.  Of course, Ridgway and Ouray along with the mountains south of them have gotten quite a bit more snow out of this storm.  All in all, not a bad deal for Colorado weather here.  March and April can give us a lot of snow, but we will wait and see how that plays out.

There are plenty of things to do here even at this time of year.  There are live concerts, plays, art shows and more going on from Cedaredge to Delta to Montrose to Ridgway and beyond.  I have several on my Facebook and Instagram pages and if you’re looking for more, there’s the Facebook group Montrose and Western Slope Colorado Events that has a ton of info.  Enjoy the rest of your week!
