27 Dec Have a Wonderful Week

We trust that you had a great Christmas weekend and enjoyed it with loved ones.  Was Santa good to you?  We were blessed to spend time with family and friends.

We know a lot of businesses slow down this week between Christmas and New Year’s Day but not here.  We have several buyers who we are helping through the purchase process and all that entails.  We are also expecting to list some new properties for sellers coming soon in the next few weeks.  Don’t forget to check out our website to search the MLS for free, visit our featured listings page or get great tips for buying and selling property.

The snow has started and the mountains are getting hammered! There’s another winter storm warning out starting today.   Great for the water supply but not great for avalanches.  Be careful if you’re in the high country of Colorado – make sure to stay safe and warm.

We are seeing that there will be LOTS of options for New Year’s Eve parties on Friday night.  We have a few highlighted on our Facebook page this week if you’re looking for some fun.

But remember to have a designated driver if you are going out for a party.  That night is one of the biggest DUI nights of the year so the police are out in force.  Make sure you don’t start the new year off with a DUI and all the troubles that go along with it!
