So maybe the kidnappers didn’t enjoy the constant discussion of my talking real estate… A cute funny to start your week off!  But I seriously do enjoy my work and helping people like you buy and sell real estate here in Western Colorado.  And I am happy to answer questions you may have about the market even if you’re not buying or selling right now.  Don’t hesitate to get in touch with me – I look forward to it!

The market has slowed slightly but it’s still going.  I just spent all weekend with buyers as well as another day today with a buyer who came into town just to look at homes.  If you’re interested in checking out what’s available, remember – you can search the MLS for free on my website.  If you’re looking for something specific, let me know and I can keep an eye out and send you things as they come up.

Plenty of fall fun to be had up and down the Western Slope.  This weekend is Applefest in Cedaredge which is always a great time.  DeVries Farm Stand has opened their pumpkin patch so bring the kids and pick out your pumpkin to carve for Halloween.  Make sure you’re following my social media sites for updates on some of the things to do around here.
