04 Mar In Like a Lion

Happy March!  March here in Western Colorado blew in like a lion.  We had a strong cold wind on the 1^st which blew in a snow storm and gave us some snow on the 2^nd.  But that’s ok, we are hoping the March will go out like a lamb and bring spring to us here on the Western Slope.

Have you been here in spring time?  It’s beautiful with everything starting to bud, tulips and daffodils blooming and the lilac bushes getting ready to smell amazing.  It is a great time of year to be in Western Colorado!  If you don’t live here, you should visit!

We are still seeing an increase in real estate traffic too.  January and February are typically the slowest months of the year for us.  However, both months were a little higher in stats from the same time last year.  And March looks to be as good if not better.
