05 Sep Is the Market Slowing?

Happy Labor Day! It is absolutely beautiful here on the Western Slope today and the high temps are going to get in the 80’s to 90’s depending on where you’re at. A perfect day for that BBQ to say farewell to summer. Have a safe and happy holiday!
So we here on the Western Slope are seeing a slight market slow AND, it’s a national trend. While Western Colorado doesn’t see the extreme highs and lows like they do on the Front Range, we do see highs and lows with gently curving ebb and flow. So with more inventory on the market and prices being reduced, is it a good time to buy? Here’s a great article from Realtor.com that might help give you some insight.
Or just give me a call and let me help you navigate the current real estate market. Whether you’d like to buy or sell property, I keep up on the latest trends and would love to help you!
There’s still plenty going on and with fall coming quick, pumpkin spice everywhere and the chill on the morning air, the Western Slope will enjoy the fun and festivities that go on every year at this time. The Farmer’s Markets are in full swing with a great harvest this year. And Old West Fest is coming September 24th in Ridgway. A great family fun time!
