I hope you had an amazing 4th of July weekend! I had a great weekend with my hubby. We spent our weekend soaking up the mountain air in beautiful Arrowhead 🏞️—even snuck in a fun side-by-side ride one afternoon🚙💨.

Of course, real estate never sleeps 😅… I ended up with THREE new properties under contract over the weekend! 🔥 The market’s buzzing with buyer activity right now, so if you’ve been thinking about making a move, it’s time to start looking 👀🏡.

📈 Mortgage Rates edged lower again—average 30‑year fixed rates are still below 7% and the lowest they’ve been in over a month. That’s after five straight weeks of declines, giving buyers a little extra breathing room in their budgets. With economists predicting they’ll stay in the 6%–7% range through 2025, this is still a smart time to get pre‑approved and lock in a rate while things are moving in our favor 🗝️💵.
