25 Mar Last week in March 2024!

We are having typical Western Slope spring weather these last few days.  Very windy and chilly with rain and/or snow.  It rained in Delta yesterday evening and snowed in Montrose.  The fields are getting burned off and plowed getting ready for the spring planting.  Grass is greening up and spring flowers are coming up in my yard.  Even my forsythia bush has started to bloom.  I love this time of year!

We are also seeing an uptick in properties for sale.  Not a TON, but definitely more are coming on the market each week.  Make sure you contact me if you are thinking of buying or selling this spring/summer.  Homes that are priced well are selling fairly quickly.  Vacant land is still selling but it’s not selling as quickly as it was a year or two ago.  It definitely needs to be priced right or it will just sit on the market and not get any activity.  Let me do a free comparative market analysis for your property so you can get an idea of what it might sell for.
