This is Leap Year and thus, this Saturday is Leap Day!  Did you know that babies born on Leap Day are called “Leaplings?”  Or that Greek couples avoid getting married on Leap Day because it’s bad luck?  There’s some interesting, little known facts about Leap Year Day here.

We also know it’s an extra day to work real estate here in Western Colorado!!  According to the National Weather Service, this weekend will be partly cloudy and dry here in Western Colorado.  Temps in the mid 50’s and calm winds.  Perfect weekend to get out and enjoy this beautiful area!
