21 Feb List With Me – Be On TV!!

That’s right, all my listings are now on MoveTube TV.  In 2020 consumer research suggested that at least 78% of all U.S. households used streaming TV devices like Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, etc. It’s estimated that number to be around 232 million people. For Montrose County, new listings were down more than 34% in January, 2022 versus the same month in 2021.  BUT, number of sold listings, median price and average price numbers were all up.  See the stats.
