16 Oct Loving the October Days

It’s mid October and we still have amazing weather here on the Western Slope.  It is getting cooler for sure – last night it was down in the mid to low 30’s.  We haven’t seen it freeze here in the valley yet but it certainly is in the high country.  But today gives us beautiful blue skies with bright sunshine so it will warm up to 73 this afternoon.  It is great to live here in Western Colorado!

I hope you had a great weekend.  I just got back from a little mini-vacation to Galveston for my nephew’s wedding.  The gulf coast was beautiful and we had great weather there too.  (slightly warmer than Colorado…)  Now I am back at it and ready to help you with your real estate needs.  If you, or someone you know, are looking to buy or sell property, please call me.  I love helping people with real estate and it’s kinda crazy out there with the interest rates continuing to rise and property prices not coming down.
