06 Mar March Came In Like A Lion

Well March came in like a lion and we fully expect it to go out like a lion too.  That seems to be the norm in Colorado.  Especially since March and April are our “snow months” …  I know we need the moisture and snow but I’m hoping it sticks to the mountains and we just get the benefit of the snow there.  LOL – probably not going to happen but I can hope.  It’s nice and sunny today but the last day or two it has been windy – very windy.  But if it must be windy to have sunshine, I’ll take it.

Interest rates are not cooperating right now.  They have seen an increase over the last two weeks and we aren’t hearing anything about them heading down anytime soon.  That means buyers have to be more realistic about what (how much) they can afford and sellers need to understand and price their property correctly.  I am in the real estate market place every day and so I understand the idiosyncrasies of the market.  Let me help you navigate your way through the market maze – whether you’re buying or selling.  And contact me for a list of local lenders that are doing a great job for my buyers right now.  It matters who you get to do your property loan.
