09 Mar March is Here

Well here in Western Colorado March is coming in like a lamb.  The mountains have seen some good snow but here in the valley, we are enjoying nicer temps and sunshine most days.  We are still seeing real estate sales doing well right now.  We just had some very happy buyers close on their new home at 837 Alpine Road in Montrose.  Property sold and closed for $254,000 and they are moving in right now.  If you are thinking about buying property here on the Western Slope, contact me today.  The available inventory is low along with interest rates and so anything new that comes on the market sells very quickly.  We are seeing a sellers’ market right now for sure.  If you’re just curious, you can visit our website to search the MLS database if you like.

We are certainly seeing our spring activities on the schedules again this year.  The Smith Mountain Ultra Marathon at the Gunnison Gorge in Delta County is coming up.  There are karaoke and bingo nights around the area.  The Spring Expo in Delta is coming soon. There are various St. Patrick’s Day celebrations from the live music and party type of celebration to Shepherd’s Hand getting ready to prep a big St. Patrick’s Day dinner complete with corned beef and cabbage.  There are many more activities you can enjoy – both in person and online.  We invite you to visit our Facebook page for regular updates on events happening here in Western Colorado.
