05 Dec Rates Dream of Green Christmas – wait what??

So have you finished your Christmas shopping yet?  Have you even started?  Well there’s a whopping 20 shopping days till Christmas (if you include Christmas Eve) so you better get on it. For those who are a little more OCD, here’s a countdown calendar for you.    And remember to shop local and support our community here on the Western Slope.

Make sure you follow my Facebook and/or Instagram posts this week and check out the video 5 Reasons to Sell Your House This Winter.  Just because the market has slowed a bit for the holidays does not mean you can’t sell right now.  In fact serious buyers are still looking.  I know because I have an appointment to show a client a home today she might want to put an offer in for.  Get in touch if you’d like to discuss the options.

We are seeing winter weather and snow all around, but the valleys of the Western Slope aren’t yet being slammed with snow (much).  The mountains and higher elevations are getting snow though, so be careful when driving in those conditions.  Make sure your vehicle and tires are ready for winter before you head over the high mountain passes.  And remember – safety first and always have an emergency kit in your vehicle.
