08 Jun Red Flag Warnings 🔥🔥🔥

Summer is definitely here on Colorado’s Western Slope! With temperatures pushing into the upper 80s and gusty winds across the region, Red Flag Warnings have been posted for many areas. Please be extra careful with anything that could spark a fire as we head into the heart of summer.

The real estate market is just as hot as the weather! I’m excited to share that I have several properties under contract, and I just wrote another offer yesterday afternoon. Buyers are still actively looking, and well-priced properties continue to generate strong interest. If you’ve been thinking about buying or selling, now is a great time to start the conversation.

Mortgage rates remain in the mid to upper 6% range right now for a 30 year fixed mortgage.  VA rates and 15 year rates are slightly lower.  If you are considering buying a home, let’s chat and make sure you have a reliable, professional local lender who will do a great job for you.  I have experienced first hand how badly a lender from another area can complicate (or blow up) a home purchase.  Give me a call and we can chat about the options.
