08 Jan Snow Day!

Ok well there wasn’t enough snow to shut down the schools but over night here in the valley we got around 3-6 inches of the white stuff.  Roads this morning were a little slick.  My assistant said she saw two different accidents on her way to work.  So apparently old man winter has arrived here in Western Colorado.  It is cold but sunny now so we are hoping that it will melt pretty quickly.

We are starting to see some more activity in the market.  Mortgage rates are mixed according to “Money.”  You can click here to see what they have to say about rates as well as the real estate market for this coming year.
