22 Mar Spring has Sprung!

Happy Monday once again.  The first day of spring was this past Saturday and here in Western Colorado it was a beautiful day.  It was mostly sunny and temps were in the mid 60’s.  We are seeing the farmers start prepping their fields for planting coming soon.  The grass is just starting to peak green blades out and the birds are chirping like crazy.  Saturday also hosted several community BBQ’s – not only in Western Colorado but all over the state.  It was a celebration of Colorado’s agriculture industry and how much it contributes to our state economy.

Real estate is still contributing to the economy right now too – in a big way!  We are seeing buyers like crazy and it is a seller’s market at the moment.  If you are thinking of buying or selling property, please contact us – we are here to help!
